Hi wonderful being,
I'm Jazz,

your space holder, mirror of your magic & sensual muse

I'm here to walk with you as you come home to yourself, back to the magic of your body, your raw authentic being, and your inner truth.

I create safe, trauma-sensitive and soul-nourishing spaces for self-discovery, intimacy, embodiment, relaxation, pleasure, and deep connection.

My work is a juicy mix of everything my heart beats for and has supported me on my journey of unfolding and becoming.

But let me take you back
a little...

Growing up, I struggled deeply with accepting myself and my body. I always felt “too much” ,too emotional, too loud, too sensitive.

So, I dimmed my light, prioritized others, and shrunk myself to fit in.

Shame became my silent companion. Emotional eating, negative self-talk, and the constant feeling of not being enough shaped much of my younger years.

And yet... I always craved connection, truth, and depth.

A diagnosis of PCO, hormonal disbalances and bleeding for weeks, brought me into sacred contact with my womb and its ancient wisdom.

It was painful, but it cracked me open.

She called me deeper.

That’s when a lot began
to shift.

Discovering yoga, tantra, polarity work, conscious sexuality, dearmouring, bodywork, and sacred sisterhood felt like coming home.

Suddenly, it was safe to be me. Vulnerable. Wild. Emotional. Powerful.

I fell in love with movement as medicine, prayer as embodiment, and self-love rituals that connect us to something greater.

I began healing my relationship with my body,  especially discovered my yoni and my boobies.

Turns out, there’s a whole universe of pleasure beyond what we’ve been told.

Energetic orgasms? Full body orgasms? Learning to feel pleasure from within rather than perform?

Yes, love! Your body is pure magic, and you can awaken it, slowly and lovingly.

On this journey, I realized how deeply we’ve all been shaped by the systems around us.

Especially in how we relate to sexuality, our bodies and our worth.

So many women before us never truly lived their lives.

All of my ancestors and likely yours as well were trapped in the cage of societal patterns.

The pain of this patriarchal structure is stored in our bodies, in our cells, in our wombs.

And yet, there’s a truth I can’t help but speak:

We don’t need to become “better.”

We get to remember who we were before the world told us who to be.

We get to strip off the layers and reclaim our wild, soft, untamed selves.

I made a promise to my ancestors to break the cycles of silence, shame, and self-denial.

To feel it. To heal it. To live, fully.

What unfolded was one of the most challenging and testing years of my journey.

Some years ago, darkness was calling me deeply.  I experienced a retraumatization that shattered me.

I thought it was the end, but it was the beginning of a deeper becoming.

This chapter showed me deeply what it really means to hold space for myself, and for others. More grounded. More sensitive.

Especially how community is a game changer on this healing journey.

Now PTSD has reshaped everything.

SLOWNESS. SOFTNESS & NOURISHING PAUSES are my new love languages.

The nervous system needs gentleness, not pressure.

The way I work has changed in many ways.

No more spiritual bypassing or pushing deep for the sake of depth.

Now, it’s all about CONSENT. Listening to the body, honoring its wisdom, and letting things unfold in their own sacred timing.

Because guess what?

Your body knows. It always has.

I’m still learning. Still unlearning. Still dancing with life, and always will be. And if your heart feels a little tingle reading this…

If something inside says “Yes, this is for me…”

Then take my hand. Let’s remember together.
Let’s laugh, cry, sing, scream, shake, breathe, and come alive — again and again. Let’s create the life your soul truly desires.

With love,
Jazz
