Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice, an invitation to soften, to surrender and to listen within. Each posture is held for 3-6 minutes, allowing the body to release layer by layer into gravity, into sensation, into stillness. It is a practice where deep-seated tension in fascia, joints and connective tissues can gently unwind. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga also touches the body’s energetic system. Each pose stimulates specific meridians, helping to restore balance in body, emotions and mind.
