This is a circle for deep connection & self-exploration. A sacred space for women* to come together, to slow down, to feel, to reconnect. A grounded invitation to be present with what’s alive in you, just as you are. We move, we share, we rest & we surrender to our natural rhythms.

Through simple & powerful practices like Cacao Ritual, Singing, Embodiment, intuitive Dance, Tantric Connection Practices, Authentic Sharing Circles, Rituals, Voice expression, Journaling, Meditation, Thematic Talks, Yin Yoga,.. we create a space for intimacy with yourself and in shared presence.

This is your circle to feel safe, held and nourished within community. It’s a space of connection, nervoussystem regulation and belonging, where you can feel supported, embraced and simply be.
